Please be informed that Universiti Putra Malaysia complies with the requirements of the MS ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Information Security Management System (ISMS) standard, which covers the scope of teaching assessment for undergraduate programme.

Accordingly, students for undergraduate programme (Diploma and Bachelor ONLY) are requested to provide feedback on information security of UPM Teaching Assessment System through the following questionnaire:
