The National e-Learning Policy (DePAN) and Malaysian Education Development Plan - Higher Education (PPPM PT) have laid the organizational structure as one of the main pillars and have outlined that each IPT needs to have a fixed e-Learning team. Centre for Academic Development (CADe) through the 27th Teaching and Learning Committee Meeting (JKPP) agreed to set up the Universiti Putra Malaysia e-Learning Committee (JKeP UPM).
To ensure e-Learning implementation can cover the whole community of UPM, the appointed JKeP UPM members are:
i. academic staff who are directly involved in the affairs and development activities of e-learning at the faculty, OR
ii. academic staff who are experts in the affairs of e-learning implementation in the faculty.
